Job summary

Restoration 1 New Jersey is hiring Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. We train the right person—no previous restoration experience required.

If you’re hardworking, presentable, and can work physically, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, water extraction, cleanup, and assisting with fire, mold, and storm damage restoration, plus some light reconstruction.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license preferred with a clean driving record.
• Construction, restoration, demolition, moving, landscaping, painting, warehouse, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial property damage emergencies.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleanup, and drying services.
• Assist with fire, mold, and storm damage restoration.
• Perform light reconstruction and general construction duties.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses.
