Responsibilities: • Prospect for new business opportunities • Participate in regular team training sessions • Follow up with leads consistently until they’re ready to meet with a buyer or listing agent • Stay in touch with past clients via phone, email, and text to remain top of mind for future home purchases • Track and report on team performance with monthly and quarterly sales summaries • Respond to incoming sales inquiries and convert qualified leads into active clients Qualifications: • A Real Estate License is required • Sales Experience • Commission opportunity • A valid Driver's License is required Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan
