Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect, consult with, and close new clients by tailoring insurance solutions to their needs.
  2. Retain and service existing clients through relationship-building and proactive follow-ups.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and refine sales strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications:
  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain licensure quickly).
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you listen first, then solve problems.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset (commission-based role).
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
