Syracuse Events in Syracuse, NY is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team. You will help plan and execute marketing events that connect brands with audiences.

If you're organized, creative, and eager to hit the ground running, we'd love to hear from you. You'll assist in coordinating logistics, vendor comms, and on-site management, collaborate on concepts, track timelines and budgets, engage attendees, and help with post-event reporting.

Formación

• Experience in retail or face-to-face marketing is a plus.
• Internship or coursework in marketing or events is welcomed.
• Proficiency with standard office software for planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• 0-2 retail, face-to-face marketing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Prior internship or experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
