We offer 401K/Roth IRA options, flexible hours, and a base plus commission pay structure. Our agency hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am-5 pm with no weekends or holidays required. Responsibilities:

1. Present Farmers Insurance Package in a clear and energetic way to prospects looking to change their policies.
2. Manage and market to your own list of leads and prospect funnel.
3. Build a portfolio of clients by selling multiple lines of business and tracking premium sold.
4. Create lasting relationships with clients to build retention and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Able to pivot quickly.
2. Solutions-oriented.
3. Humble and coachable attitude.
4. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
5. Must be able to pass a background check.
6. Get an Insurance License and once licensed, sell your appointments.
