Front Page Agency Inc., a leader in consulting and market development in Austin, is hiring for an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to support high-impact projects in the telecommunications sector.

We’re looking for bilingual individuals (English + Spanish or another language) with strong communication skills and experience in sales, customer service, or team environments. If you're driven, adaptable, and ready to build a meaningful career in project execution and business development, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do & Learn:

In your first 3–8 months, you'll get immersive training while actively contributing to:

• Coordinating daily project activities and supporting client deliverables
• Engaging bilingual communication with customers, prospects, and teams
• Implementing client acquisition and outreach strategies
• Assisting with new team onboarding and team performance check-ins
• Monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress
• Helping drive expansion strategies into new markets

Every day begins with group training and goal-setting, followed by real-world project coordination and ends with evaluations to refine your skills.

• During Training: $37,000–$80,000 annually (base + commission + weekly bonuses)
• After Training: $100,000–$120,000+ annually (performance-based structure)
