This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to launch a career in project management, operations, and business strategy within the telecommunications sector.

From your first day, you will receive hands-on training and personalized coaching designed to help you develop leadership skills, understand client strategies, and manage performance metrics effectively. Our structured development path provides a fast track toward career advancement.

What You’ll Learn and Contribute To:

Over the course of your first 3–8 months, you will gain practical experience in:

• Client acquisition and revenue generation strategies
• Leading and mentoring team members to achieve project goals
• Recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Budgeting, tracking key performance indicators, and managing project logistics
• Strategic expansion into new markets and operational planning

Each day begins with a team meeting focused on training and planning, followed by field implementation and concluding with daily evaluations to assess performance and support your professional growth.

• Training Phase: $37K–$80K annually (base + commission + performance bonuses)
• Post-Training: $100K–$120K+ annually based on performance
• Benefits Package: Valued at $10K+, including paid time off, healthcare coverage, and team-building events
