Job summary

TrinityRail in Jonesboro, AR is hiring an Entry Level NDT Quality Inspector to determine if products meet all requirements and to complete inspection records and reports following applicable codes and regulations. You will visually inspect, measure, and record findings to ensure conformance to standards, codes and regulations.

Training to obtain NDE certifications within six months is provided. The role emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to Trinity Industries’ quality

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
• Basic knowledge of the operational function to be inspected.
• Ability to achieve NDE certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, outgoing materials, or products throughout the process.
• May apply single or multiple inspection processes using various NDE methods.
• Maintain, adjust or calibrate inspection equipment.
• Completes inspection records and reports.
• Be familiar with appropriate codes, regulations, procedures and standards.
• Follows all safety rules and practices. May be involved in safety committees or CI initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
