Join us as an Entry Manufacturing Laborer at International Paper

We are hiring for the position of Entry Manufacturing Laborer at International Paper. This full-time role involves working in our manufacturing facility located at 4901 W. Point Blvd, OKC, OK, 73179.

Position Details

• Pay Rate: $19.78 per hour plus shift differential if applicable
• Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
• Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year, additional lump sum after 2 years
• Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday-Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am Sunday-Thursday; overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Counting and stacking finished products
• Reading factory orders and gauges
• Using basic shop math and inspecting products
• Completing quality and administrative documents accurately
• Cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, and sweeping the area

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong team work and safety focus
