An established industry player is seeking an Entry Manufacturing Laborer to join their team. This role involves counting and stacking products, reading factory orders, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced environment. Position Title: Entry Manufacturing Laborer
Pay Rate: $19.20 plus shift differential, if applicable
Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year, additional lump sum after 2 years
Category/Shift: Hourly-Full-Time (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Monday-Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, Sunday – Thursday). Overtime as required.
