Job summary

The Stow Company is seeking a Machine Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role operates wood processing equipment such as drills, glue sprayers, vinyl presses and more, with training provided.

You will read work orders, load parts, perform quality checks, and maintain logs while following safety policies and company procedures. This position offers overtime potential and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with wood manufacturing and semi-automated equipment is a plus.
• Willing to learn and train in all areas of the work cell.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and load appropriate programs to run parts.
• Load and unload parts and perform quality checks.
• Calibrate and set up machines for production cycles.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain records of output and logs and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team and ensure paperwork is completed neatly.
