Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking a Production Assembler focused on wire harness assembly. You will build high-quality electrical wiring solutions, following schematics and IPC standards, in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• No prior manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment is helpful but not required.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring, schematics, and reading technical diagrams is a plus.
• Ability to interpret IPC 610 standards and perform quality inspections.
• Experience with calipers and ohmmeters is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble wire harnesses following detailed schematics and drawings with accuracy.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires/connectors.
• Conduct IPC 610 quality inspections of electronic assemblies.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and connectors with precision
• Conduct quality inspections according to IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies, verifying solder joints and component placement
• Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to ensure dimensional accuracy and electrical integrity of assemblies
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing best practices to optimize workflow efficiency

Requirements

• No prior experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly - we will train you!
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment is great but no required.
