Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring entry-level crewmembers for our Windows division in Red Bluff, California. In this role you will load, package, and stack windows, doors, and parts, working with a small crew on fast-paced production lines.

This position offers training and opportunities to learn multiple plant responsibilities. We provide low-cost health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, retirement contributions, and paid vacation with holidays.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least age 18.

Responsibilities

• Find yourself on a new career path in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
• Load, package, and stack windows, doors, and window parts
• Work with a 2–3-person crew to package and load shipping trucks
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work will consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times
