Sierra Pacific Industries in Red Bluff, CA is hiring multiple entry-level crewmembers for our Windows division. You will learn across production, maintenance, and supervision, with opportunities to grow within the plant.

Responsibilities include loading, packaging, and loading parts, working in small crews, and handling lifting in varied conditions. The role offers early training, overtime, and future advancement.

About the Position

• Find yourself on a new career path in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn andexplore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
  
• Load, package, and stack windows, doors, and window parts
  
• Work with a 2–3-person crew to package and load shipping trucks
  
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
  
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
  
• Work will consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times

Qualifications
