Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring entry-level crewmembers for the Windows division in Red Bluff, California. The roles offer training from within and opportunities for advancement while you learn across production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.

Responsibilities include loading, packaging, stacking windows and parts, and working in small crews to load shipping trucks. Expect a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as production demands rise.

About the Position

• Find yourself on a new career path in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn andexplore many jobs within the plant site including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision

• Work with a 2–3-person crew to package and load shipping trucks
  
• The work is fast-paced and can, at times, be demanding
