Job summary

Apex Window Installation Inc is seeking an entry-level Window Installer to join our growing team in the metro Detroit area. This role offers hands-on training, a route to advance within the home improvement trades, and the chance to develop practical installation skills.

No prior experience is required, and experienced installers are welcome to apply. Pay is determined by experience and skill level, with outdoor work in varying weather conditions a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience of window installation is welcome but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential window installation projects
• Perform job site clean-up before, during, and after window installations
• Safely handle and transport windows, frames, and installation materials
• Remove old or damaged windows and prepare openings for new installations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Load and unload materials and equipment from company vehicles
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines on every job site
