Job summary

Window World is seeking entry-level Window & Door Installers to learn with experienced teams while delivering quality replacements in customers’ homes.

You’ll receive hands-on training, develop carpentry skills, and grow toward a long-term career in remodeling. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior window/door installation experience required; training provided on the job.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials safely.
• Experience in construction or carpentry is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the Window World location to load materials for installations.
• Assist with transporting windows and doors to customer homes.
• Learn how to safely remove existing windows and doors.
• Assist with installing replacement windows and doors according to company standards.
• Learn insulation, caulking, trim installation, and finishing techniques.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with disposal of old materials.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for customers.

Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Window & Door Installer, you'll work alongside experienced installers to learn how to professionally install replacement windows and doors in customers' homes.
