Window World is seeking an Entry-Level Window & Door Installer to learn on the job with experienced installers, installing replacement windows and doors in customers' homes. You'll gain hands-on carpentry and construction skills, paving the way for a long-term remodeling career.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and a positive attitude; training is provided, with opportunities for advancement as you master the trade.

Qualifications

• Attitude matters more than resume.

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Construction, carpentry, remodeling, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and prepare for installations each morning.
• Transport windows and doors to customer homes.
• Safely remove existing windows and doors.
• Install replacement windows and doors according to company standards.
• Learn insulation, caulking, trim installation, and finishing techniques.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with disposal of old materials.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for customers.
• Learn from experienced installers and build skills daily.
