Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Silver Spring, MD area.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with restoration and installation projects on residential and light commercial sites.
• Prepare work areas by clearing spaces, laying protective coverings, and staging materials.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
• Support the crew with repairs or replacement of windows and doors and tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
