Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Window Install Helper to install home remodeling products to company standards and complete finish work as needed. You will communicate with management after installations to ensure customer satisfaction and final payment authorization.

Qualifications include 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience and experience with window replacements, plus a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
