Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure is seeking a capable laborer to assist in the manufacturing of concrete products at our Pueblo, CO facility. The role involves physical, hands-on work with hand tools and basic crew support during pours.

You will keep the site organized, handle materials, and help load/unload trucks while adhering to safety rules and instructions. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared for strenuous manual labor in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with hand tools such as saws, air tools and grinders.
• Concrete experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor in manufacturing a variety of concrete products.
• Support crew during concrete pours.
• Help maintain a clean jobsite by picking up and storing tools and equipment.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions to Leads or supervisors.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints and drawings.
