Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking a hands-on concrete production worker to produce a wide variety of precast products daily to established standards. You will set up steel forms, read blueprints, pour concrete, and operate forklifts and other equipment.

Responsibilities include reworking items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting a safe, efficient team environment with consistent attendance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must understand basic math, read a tape measure, and use various power tools.
• Past experience with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up steel forms, cut and tie rebar/mesh, and pour concrete into molds.
• Read blueprints and CAD drawings to guide production.
• Rework and patch concrete products as needed to meet standards.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and other machinery.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safety in the work area.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues as needed and requested.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance to fulfill essential duties.
