Your Role At Batesville

As a Fabrication/Welding Associate, you will be responsible for product assembly, proper care and handling of inventory, and always following safe practices and standard work procedures.

  • The expected pay for this role is $22.19 per hour with a $1 increase after 90 days. Actual compensation may vary based on department assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

Moving between production assignments the Fabrication Associate (Welder) is responsible for MIG welding various metals for production, along with sanding, grinding and other tasks related to fabrication.
