Flexial Corporation is seeking a Welding Apprentice I for all shifts in Cookeville, TN. The role entails welding, inspection, and maintaining weld qualifications with cross-training in brazing, laser marking, deburring, and assembly.

Must learn welding skills and progress through levels while following directions and maintaining quality. The position requires adherence to ISO 9000, AS 9100, ITAR, and ISO 14001 standards, with safety as a priority and potential shift differential on certain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and work independently.
• Learn welding skills and progress to different levels.
• Troubleshoot basic welding issues.
• Use basic measurement tools.
• Interpret blueprints and welding process specifications.
• Communicate and work well with other employees.
• Maintain safety and comply with quality; ISO 9000, AS 9100, ITAR, ISO 14001.
• Cross-train on operations (brazing, laser marking, deburring, assembly).
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
