Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is hiring for a non-exempt, union role focused on the fabrication of steel molds for concrete. This position requires hands-on use of plasma cutter, vertical band saw, drill press and grinders, plus welding parts together per specifications.

The ideal candidate has steel fabrication experience (1+ year preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read fractions, tape measures and shop prints. Team-oriented, safety-conscious union environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication, 1+ year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mathematics skills required.
• Ability to read fractions, tape measures and shop prints.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools and their proper use.
• Ability to weld both horizontal and vertical and pass certification.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel molds according to specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment such as plasma cutter, vertical band saw, drill press and grinders.
• Weld parts together per specifications.
• Perform other duties as needed.
