Qualifications

• Welding training program or technical certification required.
• Willingness to learn and develop welding skills.
• Ability to pass military-standard weld tests in 3G/2G/4G positions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform basic welding processes, including SMAW and FCAW.
• Join metal materials that support ship construction and repair.
• Work in a dynamic shipyard environment with shifts and safety requirements.
• Follow weld instructions and guidance from experienced welders.
• Support evolving production needs across active shipbuilding programs.
