Job summary

ElDorado National California Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking an Entry-Level Welder (Welder I) to join our welding team. This role provides hands-on experience with basic welding operations within a structured training environment to help newcomers develop foundational skills under experienced welders.

Starting pay is $23.00–$27.00 per hour, with a 6:00am–2:30pm schedule. You will follow standard work instructions, participate in safety and quality programs, and contribute to reliable vehicle

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of welding experience.
• Completion of basic welding school or vocational training.
• Must pass internal weld test for basic joints.
• No welding certifications required initially.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic welds on pre-assembled jigs following standard Work Instructions (WIs).
• Assist Welders in grinding structures free of sharp edges and weld protrusions.
• Execute coating processes as required.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety and quality training programs.
