Stock Manufacturing & Design in Cleves, OH is seeking motivated, entry-level welders to train in MIG welding and fabrication under the supervision of a Lead Welder and Operations Supervisor. The role offers hands-on training, growth in a growing contract manufacturing and steel fabrication environment, and a clear path to skilled trades.

You'll work Monday–Thursday, 5am–3pm, with a high probability of overtime and opportunities to move between production assignments as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or in progress for welding students.
• Recent graduate or current welding student preferred.
• 1+ year welding experience including vocational training.
• Basic MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read routers, blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Alignment with company core values and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow instructions, prints, and work orders.
• Fabricate equipment by cutting, burning, and MIG welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications when necessary.
• Fit and assemble weldments and structures with multiple components.
• Clean and prepare materials to be welded.
• Set up, assemble, and tack weld parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Move between production assignments as skills develop.
