Job summary

Stock Manufacturing & Design in Cleves, OH is seeking motivated Entry-Level Welders for 1st shift. You will receive hands-on training in MIG welding and fabrication under supervision, and move between production assignments as skills develop.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or students in welding programs who want a long-term career in the trades, with paid training, growth opportunities, and a team-driven environment.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 5am‑3pm, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or in progress for welding students.
• Recent graduate or current student in welding program preferred.
• 1+ year of welding experience (including vocational training).
• Basic MIG welding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow instructions, prints, and work orders.
• Fabricate equipment by cutting, burning, and welding metals using MIG welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications when necessary.
• Fit and assemble standard weldments and structures with multiple components.
• Clean and prepare materials to be welded.
• Set up, assemble, and tack weld parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Move between production assignments as skills develop.
