Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 0–3 years of construction-related experience preferred, including internships or co-op.
• Strong communication and coordination with PMs, supers, and foremen.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project documentation (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, meeting minutes).
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and contract document tracking.
• Support scheduling efforts, including updates and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate distribution of documents to subs, vendors, and field personnel.
• Assist procurement with material tracking and vendor communication.
• Support project closeout (O&M manuals, warranties, as-builts).
• Attend meetings and document outcomes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support operations.
• Assist with startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities.
• Support safety and quality control practices.
