You will assist with long-term water and wastewater planning, perform hydraulic modeling, and support senior staff on strategic studies to improve environmental conditions and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of design engineering experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Strategic long-term water and wastewater system planning and project recommendations.
• Conducting or reviewing system capacity and service evaluations using hydraulic models.
• Assisting senior staff with strategic water and wastewater planning studies.
• Assessing system capacity, asset condition, and operational efficiency, and recommending improvements.
• Support in capacity evaluations and analysis of deficiencies for ongoing operations or growth.
• Involvement in field project work and engineering initiatives led by Engineering Directors.
