Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related certificate preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience with civil CADD drafting
• Familiarity with at least one CADD platform (Revit, AutoCAD, Plant 3D) and MS Office
• Willingness to learn new CADD platforms as needed
• Basic understanding of civil design concepts, especially in water treatment
• Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to support development and execution of treatment drafting and design projects
• Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings using CADD software under direction of senior designers and engineers
• Assist with the 3D modeling of piping systems and equipment layouts
• Ensure documentation meets client standards, project specs, and regulatory standards
• Provide support on projects across various regions
• Gain exposure to diverse treatment design standards and practices
