ServiceMaster CDR is hiring an Entry-Level Water Restoration Technician in North Ridgeville, OH. You will learn hands-on restoration work, respond to emergencies, and support the team through water mitigation, mold remediation, and drying operations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; comprehensive training provided.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and varied weather.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergency calls and initiate water mitigation services.
• Perform water extraction, steam cleaning, demolition, and mold remediation.
• Set up and monitor professional drying equipment.
• Accurately document progress using job management software.
• Work collaboratively with homeowners, office staff, and lead technicians to complete scheduled projects.
• Maintain company standards for appearance, communication, and equipment upkeep.
