Job summary

Dewberry is seeking an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer for our Bloomfield, NJ office to support water resource projects including storm water management, water and wastewater engineering. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Water Resources, 0-1 year of experience or internships, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a team are required.

  • Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic principles, waterway floodplain delineations, bridge and culvert hydraulics
  • Knowledge of storm water management, drainage and soil erosion design.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Ability to work in a team environment

The projected range for this position is $84,000 - $86,500 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
