Job summary

Garver is seeking an entry-level Water Infrastructure Modeling, Analytics, and Planning (WI-MAP) Project Engineer in Austin, Texas. You will support the management and execution of technical components for water, wastewater, and reuse projects, with opportunities to engage in marketing and business development alongside a growing national team.

Responsibilities include executing project tasks, assisting with conceptual planning, and preparing materials for client workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects and manage technical components.
• Support conceptual planning studies as a Project Engineer.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while delivering quality work.
• Prepare client workshop materials and present when needed.
• Communicate with WI-MAP staff across offices and coordinate with regional managers.
• Coordinate with Water Design Center during project phases.
