SEH in Wisconsin is seeking an Entry Level Wastewater Treatment Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team. You will support planning, design, and construction of wastewater projects as part of our employee-owned firm.

Base compensation ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with a strong focus on career development, licensure, and hands-on learning. This role offers collaboration with engineers, designers, and project managers across varied municipal and industrial settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field.
Experience/design knowledge in municipal, state, federal, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.
Previous engineering internship experience; wastewater focus preferred.
Interest and coursework in Wastewater/Water Treatment.

Responsibilities

Support planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment projects.
Develop creative solutions to conveyance and treatment challenges with the team.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project solutions.
Build relationships with clients alongside experienced project managers.
