Boeing is hiring for an Entry-Level or Associate Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Specialist in Smithfield, PA or Lemont Furnace, PA. The role supports the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization and involves 5S, inventory control, and forklift operation to move material between sites.

Key duties include processing packages using MS Access and Deltek Costpoint, managing stock and kitting, and ensuring safety. US Person for export controls; 1st shift; High School diploma required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• US Person for export control compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process incoming packages using MS Access and Deltek Costpoint.
• Transfer stock into warehouse using Costpoint and RFgen.
• Manage inventory including cycle counts, location transfers, kitting and issuing parts for production builds.
• Maintain a safe work environment (5S, PPE, tool control).
• Operate forklift and drive company vehicles to transport material; may drive a 26 ft box truck (no CDL).
• Package and ship finished/vendor returns, following work instructions.
