Job summary

Fastenal Co. is hiring for a Part-time Receiving role at 940 W Wilbeth Rd, Akron, OH 44314. You will help move inventory through the distribution center, verify deliveries, and prepare products for the next department, with shifts across mornings and afternoons.

The position is entry-level, offering up to 25 hours per week. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer programs, RF scanners and printers to label product.
• Unload product and inspect orders for shipment accuracy.
• Inspect product for quality and accuracy, weigh as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adhere to health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Assist in activities that support environmental health and safety goals.
• Learn and follow environmental health and safety trainings.
