Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring entry-level Warehouse Associates (Picker/Packers) in Rialto, CA to support outbound warehouse operations. You will accurately pick and prepare customer orders, use RF scanners to track inventory, and work with advanced robotic technology.

No previous experience is required. The role offers pay of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour with 1st and 2nd shifts available, overtime may be required, and Saturday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; entry-level opportunity.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs.
• Willing to work Saturdays and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare outbound customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track inventory.
• Assist with warehouse robotics and support robotic-assisted picking processes.
• Verify product information and quantities before shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
