Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate in Nashville to support our distribution operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm with overtime as needed.

You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and track items. The role requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and a comprehensive safety program are provided.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail is important.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe, and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Must follow safety regulations and wear PPE, including harness where required.
