Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Warehouse Associates for 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure products are picked, packed, and distributed efficiently. No prior warehouse experience is required, and paid on-the-job training is provided.

The position offers $17.00–$17.50 per hour, overtime on Fridays with possible Saturdays, medical/dental insurance, and a forklift bonus for eligible employees. Weekly pay and direct deposit options are available.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• At least one year of work history.
• Entry-level warehouse position with paid on-the-job training.
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow PPE standards in the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• General labor, handling materials, sorting, picking, packing, or repacking.
• Operate palletizing equipment to assemble products on pallets.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Complete the necessary paperwork.
• Follow all PPE standards and safety guidelines.
