Wayfair in Orlando, FL is hiring a Warehouse Associate for part-time/on-demand weekend shifts. You will move items from small parcels to large furniture, using scanners and warehouse software, with focus on speed, safety, and accuracy.

You’ll be cross-trained across Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Returns, with lifting up to 75 lbs and occasional 150 lbs with team lift. The role offers pay $17.75-$19.25 per hour, potential OT, and a Peak Season bonus up to $600, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend English for safety in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move items, including furniture up to 75 lbs unassisted.
• Use scanners and handheld devices to track inventory and locations.
• Perform quality checks, repackaging, labeling, and sorting to prevent damage.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area.
