Adecco is hiring for an entry-level manufacturing role at a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Blanchester, Ohio. No prior experience is required, with a path to permanent placement after 60 days. You will join an assembly line team in a safety-focused environment that values teamwork, quality, and efficiency.

Shifts offer $17.00/hour (1st) and $18.00/hour (2nd/3rd). Overtime is available with training provided to help you succeed and advance your manufacturing career.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience necessary—entry-level positions available.
• Steel-toe footwear and long pants are required.
• Ability to stand throughout your shift with regular breaks.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
