Job summary

Road & Rail Services is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. You will perform visual inspections of incoming vehicles for transportation-related damage and document findings in customer reporting systems.

No prior vehicle inspection experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on procedures, reporting, and the systems used on the job. This is an outdoor, on-site position at a rail and vehicle-processing operation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual inspections of vehicles for damage.
• Identify and document scratches, dents, and other damage.
• Review and verify damage reports already submitted.
• Document inspection results accurately in systems.
• Enter vehicle damage reports into manufacturer/OEM sites.
• Submit documentation through designated reporting systems.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain complete inspection records and PPE procedures.
