Job summary

Terex Corporation’s Leader Ambulance division currently seeks an Installer I to join our manufacturing floor in Southern California. The role focuses on installing interior and exterior components on Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 ambulances, while aligning with production schedules and safety standards on a 5S floor.

Applicants should have 0-1 years of manufacturing experience, basic English literacy, and the ability to read drawings and use common power tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and verbally communicate simple instructions in English.
• Must be able to prioritize work to meet production goals and schedules.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts in English.

Responsibilities

• Installation of interior/exterior components and hardware.
• Set work priorities to meet production goals as schedules.
• Meet QA and QC standards for each task.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Observe 5S and safety standards.
• Support Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement.
