Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our Wilkes-Barre, PA location. You will greet customers and ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and safe before they hit the road, providing a friendly and efficient service experience.

No experience is required; we’ll train you on maintenance processes and safety procedures. This role offers strong growth potential, a clear path to technician roles, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must follow Penske safety and maintenance policies (DOT/OSHA).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections to verify tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs such as tire mounting/rotating and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
