Job summary

Carvana in Bessemer, AL is hiring entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicle inventory and support timely deliveries. You will coordinate with teammates to deliver great customer experiences.

Starting at $15 per hour with a clear path to $16, plus a Careers Not Jobs program that adds raises every 90 days based on performance. This full-time role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, outdoor work in all weather, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical duties outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
• Complete multi-point inspection including fuel level and safety features.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Interact with management across all lines of the business and maintain attendance.
