Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to maintain vehicle appearance at Market Hubs and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Starting pay is $16/hr with a clear growth path within the year, including staged increases and a merit-based program. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds while working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights.
• Requires standing for an extended period and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory on a regular basis.
• Complete multi-point inspection including fuel level, safety features, and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management; maintain regular attendance.
