Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level UAM Field Technician 1 to join our field teams in Richfield, OH.

You will plan, design, inspect, and capture information related to utility infrastructure under supervision, working as an individual contributor in a field environment. This on-site role requires driving a company vehicle, adapting to diverse terrains and weather, and traveling 75–100% for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with basic office applications and data entry.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate clearly.
• Perform basic arithmetic; follow detailed instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; complete Davey driver safety course.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently or as part of a pair to meet production targets.
• Conduct field audits of utility infrastructure and record observations.
• Use GPS, hand-held devices, cameras, and field technology.
• Maintain safety standards and drive company vehicle across terrains.
• Travel 75–100% for on-site duties.
