Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in Missouri is seeking an Entry Level Used Truck Sales Representative to solicit truck sales within an assigned territory, primarily in-person and traveling away from the main location.

You will self-generate customers, maintain relationships with prospects, and build a strong, CRM-driven pipeline. Daily activities include in-person visits or outbound calls, coordinating with service, finance and insurance teams, and completing all paperwork professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in-person and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships in territory with in-person visits at least 3 days a week.
• Build a strong sales pipeline by outside calls and follow-ups.
• Make at least 3 in-person visits or 20 outbound calls daily and document in CRM.
• Document all communications and activities in CRM weekly.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and insurance teams.
• Promote all Rush services (Parts, Service, Warranties, Maintenance, telematics).
• Meet sales targets: minimum six units in 6 months and build accounts.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
